Functional Nutrition is a bio-individual, root cause approach to healing and wellness. By assessing your unique needs, your symptoms, your history, and (if applicable) your lab results, I will create a tailored plan that is just right for you. After that we’ll meet on a regular basis to make sure you’re feeling confident about implementing and maintaining the recommendations I make. My ultimate goal is that our first experience working together will launch you into a new way of living and lead you down the path of taking responsibility for your own health.
